music: Walk on the wild side - Lou Reed

FREAKIN' LOVES IT. "I give it, 5 shoes, out of a possible...5."
I could sit and explain everything that has happened over the past couple of days, but that would take ages and confuse the hell outta everyone, so instead, here are some memorable quotes:
*must be said in scottish accents*
"Kinsa, you have completed the challenge sucessfully, but you did not bone me. Therefore, you lose a life."
"Can you defeat the piping hot pizza disc?"
" I want his bowstaff."
"I'd rather be a hammer than a nail, yes i would, if i only could, i surely would..."
"blank Lee-Collins is the biggest wanker ever to walk the face of the planet?
Justin?
Yes! correct!"
"yeeeeep yep-yep-yep-yep."
ah yes. twas wonderous. woot! London tomorrooooooooow :D
love to y'aaaall xxx

music: Good times, bad times - Led Zeppelin
Finished the Morrison biography on Wednesday I think, and it was such a good read. He was such a complex individual, and seemed to have a lasting effect on everyone's life he touched in one way or another. There's a quote that Nietsche wrote about Oedipus that relates directly to the character of Jim Morrison:
"The most sorrowful figure of the Greek stage...the type of noble man who despite his wisdom is fatal to error and misery, but who nevertheless, through his extraordinary sufferings, ultimately exerts a magical healing effect on all around him, which continues even after his death."
...Has Jim Morrison written all over it.
The part about his death was also interesting. It's tragically sad, but at the same time you feel that he was ready for it, and always had been. If he even died that is. He does seem the kind of individual to stage his own death to escape the invasive publicity he started to resent...but we'll never know. In my opinion, I think it was highly likely that his body did just give up, after the heavy drinking and drug consuming - it had to have taken it's toll. Very sad, but an inspiring and interesting biography to read.
And from one biography to another autobiography! Started reading Julian Clary's autobiography that Katy also lent me, and it's a really good read! Have been struggling to put it down! It's very witty, honest, clever, and amusing, so that'll be distracting me for a few weeks to come!
I was thinking earlier, I could write a pretty crazy book of the mere (almost) 17 years I've been existing.
Was reflecting a bit over my childhood and school years - seemed appropriate as some of my friends from year 4 or something ridiculously long ago that I moved away from, have contacted me - it's weird when people and events from the past suddenly resurface.
And of course the infamous ramblings and cartoons of me and Katy in our various boring lessons at school - and how they changed over the years!
Anywho, to prevent a giant ramble, I jus wanna say thank you to all the people that have put up with me over the years, made me laugh, listened to me, told me I was being stupid (:p), comforted me, made me...happy. You all know who you are and I love you all from the bottom of my heart!
Wow, that was unusually nice for me. uhh...you're all bastards. ahh, thas better. anywhos I'm off before I start being nice too often!

music: Aint no tellin' - Jimi Hendrix
notes to self:
- Cows can't swim, though they can apparently float
- I am actually capable of wanting to burn someone in a wicker man and dance with Christopher Lee
- Planes can easily be mistaken for thunder
- Fish don't mind if they have water in their mouths
haha. aside from that, have had a cool day in general :) Who'd have thought that sitting at a lake for 4 hours could be so awesome!
I was however, disappointed by the thunderstorm. Lame excuse for a thunderstorm. A proper thunderstorm should be manly and loud and awesome, like Harrison Ford. But the thunderstorm today was more like...Elijah Wood sneezing. bah.
Nevertheless, it was cool to watch for the small while it stormed.
People always talk about the quiet before the storm, but i like the kind of quiet afterwards better. When there's just a few drops of rain falling from tree branches and birds shaking their feathers to dry off...jus seems there's a kind of quiet relief afterwards that's really nice if you listen to it. How everything seems to quietly stir and come back to life again, freshened after all the heat...dunno, just struck me as really awesome :)
As did this Jimi Hendrix song i'm loving at the minute: "One Rainy Wish"...
Golden rose, the colour of the dream I had
Not too long ago
A misty blue and the lilac too
A never to grow old.
A there you were under the tree of song
Sleeping so peacefully
In your hand a flower played
A waiting there for me.
I have never
Laid eyes on you
Not before
This timeless day
But you woke and whoa
Smiled my name
And you stole
My heart away
A stole my heart away little girl, yeah
All right !
Golden rose, the colour of the dream I had
Not too long ago
Misty blue and lilac too
A never to grow old.
Golden rose, the colour of the dream I had
Misty blue and lilac too
Golden rose, the colour of the dream I had
Misty blue and lilac too
Gold and rose, gold are rose, gold and rose.
Its only a dream
Id love to tell somebody about this dream
The sky was filled with a thousand stars
While the sun kissed the mountains blue
And eleven moons played across rainbows
Above me and you.
Gold and rose the colour of the velvet walls surround us.
enough of my rambling! I'm gonna make like a cell doing mitosis and split - laters y'all. xxxxxxx

music: Up From The Skies - Jimi Hendrix
Well, have finished school finally - sweet! bunked off the last conference ghey, but hadda return to get ben's bag which he cleverly left there :p thus, we picked up an emma and a robin, and proceeded to watch strange tv at emma's house, and jump about on her trampoline a bit. was too hot. blargh.
ferr-iday, after a rather lazy day in general, went out with katy to see some play that her mum had spare tickets to. It was pretty cool, if a bit heavy for a friday evening! Though beforehand we went to the belgian monk - the pub, not an actual belgian monk, though that would be more interesting and cool - and i had a strawberry beer, which was gawwwgeous and katy's peach beer was pretty darn tasty too! apres ca, an evening of Mad Max and Russell Brand ensued!
Saturday, went citying to get katy's birthday present, and in the process bought a Hendrix vinyl, a Jethro Tull cd and The Young ones series 2 on dvd for me :) so im tres happy! hehe. Katy once again stayed round my house that evening, where we talked about Quentin Tarantino, life in general, watched The Dangerous Brothers and then moaned at some ghey film thing on channel 4.
This morning, we watched Tommy in our pj's like the cool cats we are. Oh Mr Daltrey.
and now, I am officially knackered and i want to sleep. and it's too hot. and i hope you die. hahaha ah i gotta say that more.
memorable quotes include:
"I will not talk"
"Well I hope you die!"
"For the sake of society, will you please remove your eyes"
"ever seen the wedding crashers? well some film historian YOU are!"
"well i find that rather hard to believe."
ahhh, good times. good times. :)

children, if you are sitting comfortably, I shall begin....to kick you in the head. boohaha. sorry, children have annoyed me a lot this week!
anywhos - ooooo I saw Pirates o the caribbean 2 on fridaaaaaaay :) :) :) :) It was freakin awesome. Davey Jones is amazing, and I want a tenticle beard now. Johnny Depp was fabulous as usual, Keira Knightley was pants...as usual, Orlando was very pretty but a bit pants again, and I loved it :)
Ingredients for a good film:
1) Johnny Depp
2) Orlando Bloom getting whipped. kinky, yes. good viewing, also yes.
3) A badass pirate with a tenticle beard
4) a giant sea monster
5) a crazy witch lady
Mix together and serve in a cinema. woot!
ALTHOUGH we got sat next to these complete bastards who were laughing really retardedly and jus...agh! they ruined quite a bit of it, but i wont start, or ill be here all evening ranting!
In other news: I couldnt give a crap about the "school council" cause they're gonna do crap-all, and bah, why should I have to listen to them promising me a rocket ship and a pony when they're blatantly going to fail?
Yesterday was an awesome-cool day for various reasons, heh. Started in le city where i gots me a kickass Tyrannosaurus Rex album in the sale. I'm actually in love with it! There's an immensley cute song where he sings about befriending a fawn :)
um, mocked various losers in le city including: uber gay boy in stripey t shirt, screaming kid, woman on the bus talking about her orgasmatron, and another woman on the bus who resembled a fish. hahaha.
got bored/hot in city so return-ed to the land of bens house where i made him watch Velvet Goldmine - boohaha! Possibly freaked him out a bit with that :p and yeah....was a good day :)
right now, i've done all le chores and boring stuff and i have psychology work staring at me that i really should start....so mebbeh i'll go do that. After a quote from Dylan Moran on the subject of french people:
"ah ate your paintins!"
"you ate ma paintins?!"
"no, ah hate them! wah do we av to talk faackin eenglish!!" - legend.

bored
music: she belongs to me - Bob Dylan
hmm, well, weekend was rather dull. Just consisted of small children aggravating me and me reading more about Jim Morrison :) Which isn't dull actually, very interesting book.
"The other Doors were already in place, providing a haunting, typically Doors-ian musical intro. Jim threw out his chest, touched his long hair casually, and mounted the steps. He took six big steps to center stage, gripped the microphone, and growled."
What I would give to have been at one of their concerts...
anyways, monday: oo we watched American Beauty in psychology, which is awesome cause it's an awesome film :) and we were analysing the character's relationships - from the evolutionary theory. ie. "mm, she has very nice child bearing hips, and looks to have robust genes, I must reproduce and prolong my bloodline." or "mm, he seems sensitive and caring, that means he is not likely to leave me and my young cubs, and will stay and protect/provide for us." - what a loada pants! rather amusing though.
decided not to go to biology anymore cause im 100% dropping it next year, so thas one less lesson, woot!
todaaaay was rather cool. english, we just ranted about feminism (snore), how crap our footballers are, marxist perspectives, fairytales...and all sortsa crazy stuff. Was very amusing actually, mrs prochera is a legend, hehe. Then i shimmied on up to hellesdon to tell mr life about my plans for art - which he really liked and was pleased with (shock, horror!) and proceeded to print off some pictures and do NOTHING for the rest of the lesson. yay.
mmmm we have mum's home-made italian spaghetti tonight and i can smell it....time to skidaddle!
lators.
oh wait, the quote that i created on monday, which looking back on it, scares me as to how strange i am:
"well then you do not take into account baboon lovers with that simile then do you?" - I said that to hayley in some conversation...i'm sure it made sense at the time.

music: Roadhouse Blues (live) -The Doors
*funky theme tune*
okaaaay, lets start with tuesday. seems a reasonable place to begin! Anywho, went riding as per usual and was put on India - who I haven't ridden for yeaaaars and I love dearly. so that was cool. was also rather chuffed as I got her in a really pretty outline for most of the lesson, and apparently she's very difficult to do so with - so hopefully i'm on her a bit more from now on, yay :)
oh, me n tamsin screwed up horse plaiting, haha and tamsin practised on my rock n roll hair full of knots which was rather amusing! teehee.
wednesdaaaaaay - norfolk show daaaay! yaaaay! ah, the norfolk show always proves to be mucho fun. Went with darling Tamsin in le morning, where we got in as children ( BOOYA ) and proceeded to watch the pretty horses, eat ice cream, laugh at ugly dogs and prod goats. Also met Kate who I haven't seen in years either, so yay :) oh haha, and there was an alpaca that put it's ears back at tamsin so she legged it - how very amused i was!
Found out the crazy boot is no longer :( is now the "krazy kottage" with the crazy frog in it :( *one minutes silence please, for the boot*
then when tam hadda go to work, I met with emma, robin, josh and anna. They were being rather dull so me n emma ran to a stall and tried on various novelty hats! :D they were cool. Then we happened to be seen making fools outta ourselves by Aiden! yay!
and so, with aiden joining us, we mooched on for a bit and laughed at robin and josh on the moving climbing wall, gaha.
we were all in the bbq queue. wow thats quite a cool phrase "the bbq queue." anyway, yeah, and then meisure ben came and joined us, also yay!
OH OH OH we saw the V-slicer man off the shopping channels! IN REAL LIFE. THAT MADE MY YEAR. what a leg-end.
uhhh...oh yeah, laughed at the "cock of the north" sign, before venturing to the alpacas. hahahaha they have to be the most amusing animals ever. Just the pure sound they make made me laugh - not to mention aiden! haha and it did sound like they'd swallowed kazoos. Oh and there were like two, with so much fur that they couldnt see, hahaha. ah man, they rocked. Plus one had blue eyes and what looked like eyeliner. it was uber cute! despite what ben says! :p
uhhm, oh yeah, we watched some showjumping, in which i attempted to teach the others about horses, and failed, just resulting in crude innuendos about riding and many jokes there on :p hahaha was funny.
then robin and all that lot were being boring so me n ben ran away and went to look at some tiny tiny horses and some very very big horses, which was cool. oh and we laughed at fat children. what more can you ask for a day at the norfolk show?
needless to say, it was much fun :)
now im jus real tired and pissed that we have to go into school for no reason, so BLAGH.
I sign out, ciaobeans xxxxxxxx
